To support access to social need including health education, quality healthcare in rural or hard-to-reach communities including underserved areas by strengthening the health care system at the State and local government levels and also to deliver immediate humanitarian services during and after crisis, natural disasters or community conflicts.

Advocacy and Awareness
Advocacy and Awareness We conduct advocacy and awareness campaigns every year to commemorate special health days such as world malaria day, world Aids Day, maternal and child health week etc. we also organize workshops, symposiums and conference to provide a platform for public discourse on health.

Immunization/Medical outreach
Immunization/Medical outreach We conduct weekly immunization outreach to hard-to-reach communities to deliver immunization/medical services. This program aims to address underperforming communities in immunization, short term medical needs during disaster, community conflicts etc. This program also helps to minimize out-of-pocket expense on poor families in the community and facilitate referrals.

Weekly Health Screening It is a neighborhood activity where we provide access to basic health screening services in the neighborhood. (b) To eliminate disparities in accessing quality healthcare and protect vulnerable individuals (women, children and elderly)
(c) To provide sustainable school health services in Nursery and primary schools in order to promote the safety, well-being, and healthy development of children.
(d) Ensure cost effective, community-based affordable and easy access to sterile supplies especially during and after child birth and regular access to antenatal drugs and essential supplement for pregnant women and children
