The <strong>IDRIS MOHAMMED FOUNDATION LTD\/GTE<\/strong> was incorporated on 7<sup>th<\/sup> February 2018, by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.<\/p><p>Before incorporating the Foundation, the CAC had obtained \u201cno objection\u201d \u2013 indeed strong support \u2013 from the Governor of Gombe State where the proposed Foundation was to be headquartered, as well as from the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja.
